I’m a passionate angler interested in catching all species on lure or fly but especially when there is a visual element involved, whether it be topwater, sight fishing or just clear water where you can watch your lure the whole retrieve. This has led me to spend most of my time fishing smaller, more intimate systems where you can really see and feel what happens around you both on foot or on my kayak. The main species I chase are trout, bream and Murray cod but if it swims in Victorian waters I’ve probably tried casting a lure or fly at it.
